Limitation of liability
The operator of the service www.made-in-poland.org is AMS located in Poland called Operator. In no event shall the Operator be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from any mistakes in the website, services, or content including user-created content, or for injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use of the website, apps or services. Further, we shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to our servers or stored personal/financial information. We make no guarantees for the availability or reliability of the website, apps, or services, for the safety of use, or the suitability of the services to your purpose. Our responsibility shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Allergies
Specifically, we do not take responsibility for any medical emergencies such as allergies that could result from a person subscribing and inadvertently consuming allergens because of the inability to read Polish or English language product descriptions because of differences in the details of ingredients or any other reason. You agree not to subscribe if you have allergies or other conditions that could cause trouble.
Shipping and customs
Shipments are not insured or trackable. By signing up you agree to keep us updated on your current mailing and delivery address. If packages are lost in the mail, we may re-send them at our discretion but make no such guarantees. Only a single shipping attempt is included in the price of the product where included shipping is indicated. Items may be shipped internationally. When items cross borders, while rare they may be subject to customs at sampling intervals determined by customs officials. Handling such customs is the customer’s responsibility, the customer is the importer of such items. No customs duties or customs handling services of any kind are included in the price of the product.

Steps for paid membership cancellation:

Cancel the payment via PayPal.
After cancellation, you will still be sent any remaining products entitled to you by the subscription payments already made.
Other terms
By visiting the website or subscribing to services provided, you signify having read and agreed to these terms. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use the website or subscribe to the service. Usage of the services is at your own risk. Violation of terms in this terms of service may lead to the suspension of your account. We reserve the right to terminate any accounts at any time for any reason whatsoever and do not guarantee continued access to services. These terms are subject to change without notice.
While we make an effort to respond to feedback, we do not guarantee technical or other user support.
Paid memberships
Receiving candy requires a monthly payment. Listed prices are subject to change and are exclusive of any taxes. Several payment tiers may be offered. For any change to recurring prices that you have already signed up for, you will be given 30 days notification, unless such change is due to a change in tier initiated by you. Each payment entitles the subscriber to receive a certain amount of envelopes. This amount is added to the “envelope balance” of the account. Each time envelopes are sent out, this balance is deducted until there are no more packages paid for.
Unless otherwise informed by the subscriber, the envelopes are sent to the address received from your order or the payment system such as PayPal.

We do NOT store credit card numbers.
This data can be seen to constitute a personal information registry as defined by Polish law. The purpose of the registry is to enable the shipment of goods and the delivery of notifications and explanations. The registry is stored on hosting servers. As required by law, you may mail in a signed request to inspect the data stored by you.
